Gateway Health offers HMO plans with a Medicare Contract. Some Gateway Health plans have a contract with Medicaid in the states where they are offered. Enrollment in these plans depends on contract renewal.

Does Gateway Medicare require referrals?

Effective with dates of service on or after January 1, 2020 Gateway’s Medicaid product line will no longer require referrals for services rendered by participating providers in telehealth, school and physician office settings. Referrals for all other places of service remain in place at this time.
