How does Ihss determine hours?
The Social Worker will add the amount of weekly IHSS hours listed in your Notice of Action with the weekly protective supervision services. They will multiply that weekly total by 4.33 to find the monthly total.
What are the maximum hours for IHSS 2019?
Under state law, the maximum total number of weekly authorized hours in the IHSS program is 283 hours per month, which, divided by 4.33 weeks, equals 66 hours per week.
